Innovating in the Wellness Space

Consumers today have had enough of germs. BioFilm Inc., maker of popular Astroglide intimacy personal care products, had a new product innovation to address this stress-inducing issue.  They engaged Trinity to help them broaden their personal care portfolio into the germ-protection realm and to create a brand for its new BioShell line of immunity products – one focused on consumers’ wellness-loving, germ-wary lifestyle.

Make Wellness Simple

“Make Wellness Simple” is the brand’s promise and its tagline – tapping into the audience insight that people are worried about their health but often too busy to do what’s necessary to take care of it. The first BioShell product to launch does exactly that – delivering a pocket-sized oral antiseptic spray that fights and kills most germs before they have the chance to enter the body. Trinity’s design system conveys both empowerment and protection, carefully balancing the line’s effectiveness and clinical credibility with a level of approachability appropriate for products that need to fit seamlessly into consumers lives. True to strategy, our design of the packaging and website make understanding and using this new kind of product easy for consumers.
